Story: Bengali movie Prem Amar based on a love story and family matter . Ria a young girl born in a poor family whose family got support from rajib family and her family want her to Mary rajib. However, ria in somehow fall in love with a boy name rabi who is not very good student spend most of time time with his friend to do different things. Ria was try to motivate rabi to do a job so that they could get married. However, as Ria's family need support Ria agree to get marry with rajib to support her family.
